 TSS Version 13.01 uses FLEXnet Publisher FlexLM version 11.9. Here are the vendor daemon "spaced" and license manager "lmgrd". Most downloads also include "lmutil" and "lmstat". The windows download includes "lmtools," which makes it easier to setup the license manager as a service.
