 Space 3D 2006 Downloads TSS V12.01 Rev C and SAT V12.01 (Updated July 2007) V12.01 Install Document for Windows XP (Updated August 2007) V12.01 Install Document for Windows Vista (Updated August 2007) V12.01 Upgrade from 11.01 Rev F Install Document. The installation setup.exe includes both 32-bit and 64-bit applications and will only install 32-bit applications on Windows XP and 64-bit applications on Windows XP x64. The software requires updated Hummingbird Exceed and updated Intel Fortran; see below for a summary of requirements. The Install document contains a detailed list of the software required. > If you currently have TSS V11.01 installed and are upgrading to V12.01, make sure to specify a unique folder name for the V12.01 installation. Do not use the same folder as your current V11.01 installation. You can have both V11.01 and V12.01 installed and running on your machine at the same time, if desired. > If you already have TSS v12.01 installed, running Space3D_2006_Rev_C.exe will check the date of your installation. - If InstallShield detects an older installation, it will automatically update you to the latest version (without the need to un-install then re-install). This is a one-step process that will not require you to rename anything or move any files. - If the date of your installation matches the latest version, InstallShield will ask you whether you want to uninstall it. Click ‘Cancel’ to keep the current version. NOTE: TSS V12.01 RevC contains important updates for those users who are currently running V12.01 RevB. These include changes in Radk, Heatrate, and Sinda/Fluint v4.1C. If you are running V12.01 RevB, it is strongly recommended that you update. Hummingbird Exceed Requirements (Space 3D 2006) Using Space 3D 2006 on Windows XP x64 requires Hummingbird Exceed and Exceed 3D 2006 (i.e. Exceed v11) and using Space 3D 2006 on Windows XP requires Hummingbird Exceed and Exceed 3D v10+ (Exceed v11 will work). Sinda/Fluint Fortran Requirements (Space 3D 2006) Space 3D 2006 Sinda/Fluint requires Intel Fortran V9.1 Standard Edition (THIS CHANGED BETWEEN BETA 1 AND BETA 2, THE RELEASE WILL REQUIRE V9.1 FOR SINDA/FLUINT)). Install the EM64T Intel Fortran (i.e. 64-bit) on Windows XP x64. Licensing for V12.01+ (Space 3D 2006) Space 3D 2006 requires an enhanced license format with the SIGN= keyword. TSS V11.01 F will also run with the SIGN= license format. It is recommended that you upgrade all machines to TSS V11.01 F, upgrade the license file, and then try V12.01 Beta. Some of you may already have this format, like those with USB dongles. » Mesh Application Update for SAT v12.01 Click on the link below to download a Zip file containing the latest update to the Mesh application for SAT v12.01. This update includes improvements for models using 2-D Boolean surfaces. To update, replace the application ‘mesh.exe’ in the …Space3D/SAT/bin folder with the version contained within the Zip archive. SAT v12.01 Mesh Application, 32-bit (updated March 9, 2007) SAT v12.01 Mesh Application, 64-bit (updated March 9, 2007) » TSS v12.11 (beta) (updated October, 2007) To use the Solid to Radiation Surface enhancement, you need to supplement your TSS v12.01 installation with the following v12.11 beta executables. It is recommended that you keep the v12.01 versions of Executive, ConCap and Mesh.
